I work with clients at the conscious and unconscious levels to create change through an integrative coaching model that accounts for your leadership skill set, mindset, and emotional health and vitality. We do the inner work to sustain the outer behaviors that is missed in so many leadership programs.

Thoughts and feelings create energy throughout our bodies. The vibrations from this energy are felt by others. We use somatic practices to elevate your awareness of these forces because with understanding comes control and self-regulation – the ability to shift emotions and behaviors in any environment.

Skill set work is learning the leadership models, tools, resources, templates, processes, etc. for creating and maintaining high-performing teams. Once you’re mastered the “who” of leadership, you can do the “how” with so much more ease.

Mindset work is uncovering the thought > feeling > behavior patterns that are creating the experiences and results you currently have and replacing them with new patterns to create an impactful and joyful experience for yourself and the people you lead.
